Both the Aloft and the Hilton, where the meeting will be held, are approximately half a mile from the Baltimore/Washington International (BWI) airport.
Note that there is free shuttle service to and from the airport. It serves both the Aloft and the Hilton. There are courtesy phones for the Hilton shuttle beside the baggage claim area in the lower level of BWI airport. Use the Hilton courtesy phone--not the Aloft courtesy phone--as the latter is for an Aloft property in another part of Baltimore!
Driving directions:
From North of Baltimore - I95 South through the Fort McHenry Tunnel to 295 South/Baltimore/Washington Parkway. Take West Nursery Road going East, which will be a left off of the exit. Proceed through 4 traffic lights. Turn left into the Hilton BWI Airport entrance using Elm Road Extension.
From South of Baltimore using 295 - 295 North to the West Nursery Road Exit. Take West Nursery Road going east which will be a right off of the exit....
